It is reasonable to believe with BTI not locking up XXII technology, and FDA at least a year or two (and likely 2) years away from promulgating and then implementing...

...that BT is not in a great rush to throw billions at XXII as some on this board would have others believe.

SP appears to be confirming market agrees with my point. This will be in a range (be my guest to pick that range) until either FDA or BT moves definitely.
