How do you know they are not planning on a certain move towards what the FDA is getting to? It's no longer an IF-- they have publicly announced their CORNERSTONE. The only company that could make this happen is XXII. FDA won't publicly announce their intent without doing it. They would look weak.
The alternatives are where BT is going to keep the old addicts smoking... the problem is, not all old timers will want to hold an Iqos or anything not tactically or anything else resembling their addicted product in touch, smell and taste. So, BT won't just throw their old products away. Just like when they said real books will go away. They haven't yet until the old generation of readers kill over. Then we are left with readers that have poor eyesights due to digitalized books, etc.--- you know what I'm getting to. By that time, XXII will be much bigger than where it is now, and we go to the next exciting thing. If it takes 2 years, who cares.
