My astonishment comes not only from your points about future fund-raising but the fact that somebody would ignore the fact that NNVC has already raised $80 million+, spent it all with nothing to show except for a pair of golden parachutes for Seymour and Diwan, all at the expense of the shareholders.

I think Seymour and Diwan should go on the "How to fleece investors out of their money without them knowing it" lecture tour after they close up shop.
