What plan will enable Seymour to raise money?

The current one of

- no license for their current indication of shingles,

- for a market that GSK just decimated with their vaccine,

- without even having an identified lead

- after 13 years and accumulating a deficit approaching $80M?


Not even remotely possible. Perhaps a few million more on the most onerous of share-crushing terms, but nothing more than that.

Until and unless Seymour announces a new and compelling plan, one can assume he is planning for retirement after winding things down sometime before Sept 30, 2018.
