Everyone should read the 8K above. I see no reason we won't see $20 soon on the way to higher valuation in the mid to upper 20s. Maybe even 30 as the crude price climbs.

Unit holders like us and a few funds have only 19.4%. The board will push this one higher for their own majority interest. JMHO!
