you are much more savvy on this then i am... naturally, owcp shareholders would not want their value to go down in the process IF a merger happened.. as fomx trades over $6 pps, and, as we know, owcp under .40...

maybe a jv is better than a merger, yet, again, i am, admittedly, not familiar with all the details of how a merger would work, just the basics...

if someone held 200k shares of owcp at .35, and fomx trades at 6.50 pps..what value would the owcp shares have-if the owcp shareholder gets fomx shares and owcp rolls into fomx...
