it would depend on the agreed upon valuation of $OWCP .. the total value of $OWCP would be most paid in $FOMX shares.. example the agreed upon value of $OWCP is $500m that would be divided by the O/S of $OWCP say 146m so the buyout price of $OWCP would be $3.42 per share and would most likely consist of a share swap for $FOMX shares at a per share basis of say 30day trading avg of $FOMX
