Warrants=0

You would have to convert your warrants then get the $5/share. But you also are paying to convert...$3.78/share + converting fee + initial cost of warrant.

Why would it sell for $100m?
South Korea is going to be giving us $70m when fda is approved.
Anything less than $250m is a joke.
