here is what i was looking for, this was from August 2016

It was somewhere around 16million including warrants. So yeah about 20million now after the July 2017 offering.

Is this math somewhat correct?

If they get a $100mil BO, they would also get $3.78 for about 8million warrants = $130mil (this is rough on purpose i know some warrants are less). So this would be $6.5 a share so people holding warrants would make $6.5 - $3.78 = $2.72 a W

$200mil BO = $230/20 = $11.5 share or $7.72W
