It really sucks that people want to try to shift blame for their poor decision making to someone else. Not being able to accept responsibility is a terrible character trait.
I wonder if Cool Tech can counter sue them for loss of time and energy due to this frivolous lawsuit. There was certainly damage done to share price last summer when it the post was originally made. the motivation to file the suit would be to deter others from trying the same. On the other hand it would be nice for Cool Tech to have a few days or months without someone suing them. The entire time I've been a shareholder they have had a lawsuit hanging over them.
