Last Q says that total liabilities is $1.6mln.. I have no idea where you guys get numbers from.
Obviously deficit doesn't matter.
Also even though there's $1.6mln in debt which includes notes payables, all bills, taxes, revolving credit.. I don't see any convertible note. .
They have nice profit and they seems to be consistently at the edge of being profitable. . Pretty good looking balance sheet..
Form 15 doesn't matter in pinky land.. most peeps even don't know if the tick that they trade is SEC reporting or Alternative reporting. It certainly doesn't mean that company is planning to go dark.
Tick just lacking awarness imo simple like that..
