As for smog testing in an age when we are moving towards electric and gas powered cars - YES - its not a very attractive business model.

As for where the price goes from here... we'll see. Were coming into tax loss selling season. It's a time when folks who are sitting on losers often bail and take losses...( hopefully against gains they've maid elsewhere).
