As much as I want to agree with you tigerpac, there seems to be something going on that no one can put their finger on.

NGBL has been trading 10MM shares on average for the last few months and it closes up at .0002 nine times out of ten, despite all the valid points you made.

There are people on this forum that have owned this stock since its inception (and still do) that can’t figure it out... people that I know have researched, and researched, and researched everything they can get their hands on, and still nothing... just speculation.

Purchasing millions blocks of NGBL at .0001-.0002 might not seem like much... but 20x a month, multiple times a day, for four months straight... it adds up quickly.

If this was as “dead as doornail” as you put it there would be very little to no volume, but everyday at 4:00 I’m pleasantly surprised to see that is not the case... at least not yet.

People last month were saying “it’s over”, “the end is near”, “these are the final days”, “tomorrow’s the end of Notis”... but tomorrow never comes and here we are.

Not trying to say you’re wrong because you might be right, but a lot of this doesn’t add up... both from your perspective as well as mine.
