Without going into too much detail Notis (the company) is as dead as a doornail at the moment. The stock, as long as it's tradable, will continue to sucker and steal money from unknowing participants for as long as it can. The company does have land in Colorado but it's legal ownership is cloudy, balloon notes are due, and mortgages and property taxes still need to be paid. And there is no hemp crop.
