This provision is necessary. There will be a flood of illegals when it becomes clear that the Wall will be built.

The legislation also authorizes governors to deploy their National Guard to help patrol the border.



IMO it was dumb to ever say that Mexico would pay for the Wall. I'm sure there are ways to get some of Wall funding from tariffs, and Border fees.

The Wall is necessary.
