I don't get it either. The 1-75 split did nothing but cause them to lose more value. They want to dilute $20mil but prospectus said they need NASDAQ listing first. They can't get listing with low market cap and shareholder equity. $20 million worth will get back down to 10-20 cents.

What are they thinking?
