Only catalyst I would expect is one to push us further down IMO as the company has to sell shares in order to keep the lights on apparently.

I still don't understand why they had to RS in such a destructive ratio 1:75 when their outstanding share structure was fairly small for a NYSE traded stock.

They care nothing about their shareholders......nothing.
