Once again, the insiders are dumping for personal gain - they aren't dumping to provide capital for MCOA.

It doesn't matter how many shares they dump as they can gift themselves more shares as they control the vote.

Steinberg controls the vote via the Series A Preferred Shares.

Look at the financials and all of the stock Steinberg has obtained from conversion of notes.
