EXXONMOBIL BUYOUT UNLIKELY

The speculation of share price on a buyout is certainly fun, but it is unlikely to happen.

Given the fact that FCEL owns 90% of worldwide intellectual property for MCFC's, the US Dept of Energy owns some of FCEL's intellectual property jointly, and ExxonMobil also owns some of FCEL's intellectual property jointly, this is a partnership that will continue.

Considering further that NRC owns 17 million shares, POSCO Energy owns 2.4 million shares, and ExxonMobil has invested an unknown amount of money in FCEL projects, this makes a buyout unlikely.....but a desire for a significant equity stake in FCEL's base technology highly likely....as they approach the global opportunities. And what about the market for RSOFC's Reversible Solid Oxide Fuel Cells for Energy Storage. Endless opportunities.

Hold your shares and be part of this soon to be highly valued partnership.
