Money talks and everything else walks .... XOM has the money to do whatever they want . if XOM believes they can make bank by buying FCEL they will. Chip will not sell FCEL for no less than 5 billion...... FCEL market cap right now is about 110 million. Either way I see FCEL climbing back to to $5.00 soon .
