Carter can do as he pleases. He has full control and can do as he wants. He makes his own rules. We won't see one penny from our stock holdings of UOIP because they will be worthless. No creditable financials in over 1 1/2 years and counting. This company could very well become delisted for lack of timely reports as required. SCAM status is nearing.
