Actually that is true to some degree. All the Toxics really want is their shares and for the CEO to keep the pumps up so they can dump them.
But when you have a CEO who refused to do that, the Toxics can get quite feisty.
Wayne owes the Toxics about 10B shares right now and they are long overdue to be issued.
Look for a lot of dilution in these subsidiaries to placate them. It has already started.
