Mumbo Jumbo with no facts. Please list any other OTC company where the toxics took over or the CEO actually cared what ideas they had? Without serious legal litigation, I don't think it happens like that. Wayne is getting things done and I believe he will find a way to make this successful. If not every OTC company Ive ever seen don't sink then just transfer to the toxics. If it fails the captain goes down with the ship. BK and delisting will occur long before the wheel to the ship gets turned over to anyone else.
