Exactly, if say Roche and BMY both wants Chemosat and they firmly believe they can reach an annual 2 billion sales in EU.

When they go to bid on the asset, what do you think will happen? I start the auction at just 15 million. Those guys could potentially bid it up to hundreds millions or even billion. The key here is how good is Chemosat treatment.

As I have suggested before, everyone should be doing DD on Chemosat and what it's potential market and value would be. Compare that treatment with other treatments and drugs options out there and you will see what its worth. Look at potential interests from another oncology company like Roche, Novartis and many others.

Developing a new drug or treatment may take 10-20 years and hundreds of millions, if you could snatch it up even for 1 billion you've just saved 10 years of development time and can go straight to market.

If Roche believe they can reach 2 billion market sales and make it standard of care. They will not let it fall into the hands of another company.
