I don’t he’ll do anything about the Stock without a class action against him. Just the serving of papers might be sufficient. Otherwise, the existence of the Stock he can just completely ignore for the rest of his life. For him, it represents a cost center that no one is asking for payment in any legally enforceable manner. In this case, a lawsuit could carry punitive damages.
