I can say that B shares have been there since birth of sgby. None have been added.

C shares I believe are from acquisition mostly and d series was from either yuba or one of the or labs.

Good news is if anyone on bod gets gifted shares you have to file a 4. Terrortech files a 4 wkly it seems.

I.e. if they were going to screw us they very well could but it has to be out in the open.

Saw 2 4s last week. Lori snatched up about 10-15k shares at market price... Those are good '4's to see.

Other big companies cough up free shares all the time to big wigs then dump them a yr later so they get to pay less in taxes.
