Quite a rant. Look what happened at TR-TC. Continues to give themselves shares for anything they do. Can it not happen here? Is it so wrong to not want clarification on these preferred shares? Is there anything that stops them from gifting shares to themselves at what they feel is justified? Even TR-TC had a 5.3/1 which explained. The business plan is brilliant the SS is not defined. Does this not bother you? Obviously 2 weeks ago you were so negative and talked about a R/S over 30 mil being negative and now it is at 100 Mil with 10 Mil Preferred unknown and you are happy. Obviously you bought back in and now some simple questions after this recent revelation and I'm the bad guy. LOL

PS Trust me. Clue: look into the past to reveal the future. No rant on my part I just want clarification on these preferred's as I am an investor not a traitor opps meant trader.
