Who doesn't believe in their sane mind that if at up-list time and Mark Travel has not turned on their flow of cash to increase our share price, who thinks we will not have to do a reverse split????

That is simple math, not an assumption. Period. Also, if Mark Travel does not turn on the flow, we have to do a R/S to make the minimum threshold for the NASDAQ qualifications....That is also a FACT......Not an Assumption......
