Why would anyone sell for lower than they paid for the stock?

We have been hovering around the 2.10-2.50 range for a long time.

Why didn't they sell then? They have to be either losing money thinking they will loose all so they are selling it now? Wouldn't you think that is what is in their minds??

Who would be selling?? Friday 30 + thousand was the Volume of which i haven't seen that in one day even if it has ever done that i can't remember since becoming MONAKER.......

20 some thousand was SOLD out of that 30 some thousand.......

who is losing money? even if they bought at $1.50, in my opinion they are losing......but who would be doing that??? It does put us in a bad position to where we may have to do a 1 for 3 reverse......if something don't happen within a couple of weeks......We have as of today i think around 35-38 days before the up-list......correct me if I am wrong.......
