I think they are too crooked to uplist and have already made a bunch of money on the current r/s. The made a boat load two years ago when they did the same thing. They are going to keep riding this cash cow as long as they can - why uplist and subject yourself to scrutiny - especially with a shady past?

Mark your calendar for 2019. This stock will not uplist, it will dilute and r/s again in two years with a new set of "huckle-berries" just like they just did this time. It is much more profitable, especially when you have no "real" product for market for many, many years, if they ever do - why would they? Their getting rich doing it this way.
