On Sept 7th, OXIS announces they've hired Dr Urbanski. On Sept 8, Dr. Urbanski notifies MannKind Corp he's leaving to join another company to work on his passion in oncology. It's clear as day my friend. Did you cover your short position yet?

BTW, I went to look at IOVA's SEC filings in 2013 as another posted suggested. Guess who's name I saw on it???? Anthony J. Cataldo. He was the co-founder and CEO of IOVA back in 2013. IOVA is now finally starting to take off with FDA fast track and a slew of drugs in the pipeline. Did do my DD. Do you?
