Basically they made an inside deal to retire debt off the balance sheet.  Possibly to clean up their balance sheet?  Either way Postal and Co. gets a sweet deal.  Good news for all involved.  He gets a sweetheart deal and they look better to the investment community.  Nice that an insider wants more shares (owner of these shares is Postal -irrevocable trust).  It means he believes the stock is under valued @ this price.  I think he was the seller that drove down the price to make sure he could print his shares lower.  Nothing new when you are a insider.  It's legal and they don't need permission from the stockholders (controlled co.).

Let's see how this plays out.
