Trader, you called it; it was a scam.

The CAPC share price was walked down several days in advance of Postal's recent debt swap for equity. This allowed him (and the BOD) to make the deal at a lowered stock price while avoiding criticism for more blatant insider favorable treatment.

Watch how quickly the stock rebounds to the mid 0.50 range over the next two weeks. That will make the deal a minimum of a $5000 gift to the Postals in addition to the delightful rate of interest on those loans they already enjoyed.

Don't you wish our dysfunctional BOD looked out for the rest of us shareholders as lovingly as they do their own little cabal?
