I have seen one post where a person was to start treatment but was refused Harvoni and a few weeks later (a few weeks ago) that the doctor said that they could get approved for Mavyret. They were approved for G/P and have started treatment. I infer that this meant a private doctor and possibly a PBM approval.

The critical and interesting suggestion for me was that the damage was insufficient for Harvoni approval, and yet that they seemed to be approved for Mavyret.

It's just one transaction. I believe it to be true but cannot prove it to be so. If so, there may be more to it than mere treatment pricing. I don't know if the flood gates are open for all patients w/ Gilead pricing, but they could be for Maryvet pricing. I just don't know.
