IPIX still developing its bottom ...
I guess if this play is a buy and hold for a buyout, then it doesn't matter whether price is at 70 or 68 or 76 or whatever. and when it finds a bottom and tries to climb back up, would it surge and soar like the last 2 times, or will this time be a struggle at every step of resistance.
Its no longer soaring like the last 2 times. Maybe it needs a boost from "news" or promo, or something that boosts a surge. otherwise this struggle to climb into resistance could be frustrating to watch. while waiting for a "news" boost.
