at first my guess as to why legit company $YIPI was late with their 2017 Annual Report was because $YIPI's accountant is located in Houston and there was an issue related to hurricane Harvey dumping 52 inches of rain in a 2 day period - butt upon further reflection, now i'm pretty sure the 2017 Annual Report is late because it is taking awhile to count up all the revenue and profits for 2017 $$$$ - let's see if i'm right yet again.
