sounds amazing! years ago I made tuna but I think it was just in a pan, but fresh tuna never smells fishy. its the canned stuff that is really fishy.

did you buy it fresh or frozen? I called around looking for fresh but may end up getting frozen.

I like your idea. I am going to have to try that.
