The buyers are only buying the ASSETS . They don't care about the commons or the liabilities or the creditors.

the judge already said that the reason she was approving the sale was because it was in the best interest of all stakeholders, including shareholders.

The judge previously did not approve the sale because the bid for the assets was $2 million. Now it is $6 million. So the judge approved the sale today as it was better for the stakeholders. This way there is enough money to pay back the creditors (a type of stakeholder) and pull out of bankruptcy.

The stock will continue to trade but it will only be worth whatever cash is left in the account. What is that per share .01? You can't multiply it with a price earnings ratio as there won't be any earnings because the assets needed for operations are all gone.

It will just be an empty shell with no operations trading on this ticker.
