GERS being on the Pinks doesn't matter, they need to file financials as a reporting company.

No one knows. It could be positive, it could negative. It could be related in any way to the lawsuit. And it could have nothing to do with it. I personally would have loved to see GERS reporting like any normal company would. But there is a reason why this is at the pinks. And there is also a reason why GERS could be the best investment ever. I just wished I knew what KK knows.
