Technically GERS is no longer just "Pink". Its status is even lower -- "Pink No Information". Also, "SEC Reporting Delinquent". http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GERS/quote

I know nothing about how bad its status with the SEC must become before GERS is delisted/suspended. But delisting/suspension/halting occurs everyday. http://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/suspended-symbols

If the lack of filing is NOT related to the litigation (and I cannot see why it is -- KK filed for the first seven years of this litigation) then we may have identified the ultimate strategy of KK to insure that common shareholders reap NONE of the windfall. Would suspension of trading of GERS wipe out common shareholders' rights and equity; why would KK do this if he could? I have no answers, I am however, willing to admit to any possibility when it comes to KK and GERS.
