I understand that to be the case as well. The thing that confuses me is if criminal activity was done or suspected and a publicly traded company is de-listed by the SEC is anyone looking out for the shareholders and creditors who had financial dealings with Boreal Water? Could for instance I start a publicly traded company, have shareholders, bring in revenue, report nothing or incorrect numbers and let the whole thing crash and just walk away? Doesn't Francine have a legal responsibility to be held accountable for on multiple levels as the owner/CEO? While we will not recover anything shouldn't she be investigated for potential criminal charges? Again I understand that shareholders are last on the list but I suspect others are out money as well.
