I do not think that there is an ongoing
investigation from the SEC.

The SEC already did an investigation on
one of Boreal's Auditors and found that
Boreal's Financials were fraudulently
completed and that is why Boreal was
required by the SEC to redo the Audits
for certain years - which Francine never did
and thus BRWC was deregistered from the SEC.
