Just now I see that there are absolutely NO FILINGS as mandated by all publicly listed stock offerings as presented by the SEC. This, more than anything else, clearly establishes that FDMF is most definitely not a functioning business entity. And regardless of anything BK may say or imply, the fact remains that no effort to establish any relationship with the SEC and the company has been rendered for three and a half years consecutively.

When it stops breathing permanently, it's dead. Three and a half years is forever for something once living.

Anybody holding shares is suckerbait. You should be able to bet your brokerage to cancel them out once and for all unless you like looking at investor failure in the eye on a daily basis. I've been through it myself and Ameritrade didn't charge me the prevailing commission.
