A great speech!

I especially respect the humility he showed when he admitted that his instincts had been to pull out. Then he said that things look different from behind that desk, in the Oval Office.

My instincts have been to pull out, from the Afghanistan Graveyard, but I'll trust Trump and the people he has around him to get 'er done.

I really like it that he didn't say anything about negotiating with the Taliban. That could be down the road after they have been stomped into a pile of shit.
