It was cool! My second. Lived in the Tidewater area of Virginia when the one in Spring 1970 went thru. We hung out that the Clemson U Ag Experimental Research Station just off US 1. A few hundred people there, but really not that many considering the size of the place. Brought chairs and picnic (late) lunch. Glad we did not go to first place I identified - Sesquicentennial Park - traffic backed big time both directions.
