Frankly I can't do that. I'm flattered that you believe I could be of help to others. And that's my primary reason for being here as I'm sure is understood by all here.

Two things keep me from considering contacting BK:

1. We know he's followed the general drift of this board as he's said no on numerous occasions. He tracks things here to keep a finger on the pulse as that enables him to take advantage of opportunities and us, of course.

He knows I'm a threat to his reemergence as a stock leader. I don't believe he'd be forthcoming were I on the other end of the phone.

2. Because I've not held a position in this for several years, I'd have to pretend I have a vested interest in the company and its pursuits. That's what I call "lying." I don't lie. Not trying to sound pompous or godlike, just that if I were to lie, I'd become my own enemy in a way as I'd lose so much self-respect that it would damage my psyche. I work very hard at being upfront and honest. And I'm extremely quick to sense when others are not being truthful.

As for closure? There's so much already out there on the table, I don't see need for anything more to promote closure. Stocks likely to go nowhere should always be sold off without any doubts permitted. I give my picks three months to demonstrate their deserving of a place in my portfolios. If they fail to produce anything meaningful in that incubator time, I sell off without any fuss. I did this with FDMF. I've done it with others as well. And I occasionally screw up anyhow.

Let's add some things up:

1. Several years with bragging early on and then nothing for a long time.
2. BK is a busy guy. running other scams. No time for this one now.
3. He doesn't take or address emails and/or phone calls.
4. FDMF isn't demonstrating things to be expected of a going concern.
5. FDMF never reaches out to shareholders.
6.There's no evidence of business ongoing.
7. Nobody is posting OTC filings recognizing FDMF business efforts.

If this doesn't spell it out, then nothing can or will. It is not a going business. It is a fraud, a fake, a con, a scam and really, nothing more than a pile of bullshit dressed up from three years ago to look and sound like the real thing. But it stank just like the substance of which it's made.

If I learned I had some forgotten shares in an overlooked account? I'd sell them tomorrow, first thing out of the chute. I don't need a pile of crap stinking up my brain and reminding me I'm sometimes an asshole prone to doing stupid things. I know it! I'm sorry that I'm human but unable to do anything about it.

So I sit here trying to be of help.

Everybody here is in position to say

"NO! BK---no, I won't let you get away with this any longer. You've pissed me off a bit too much and I'm not going to be bending over any longer for the likes or dislikes of you. You're a sonofabitch out only for yourself. I can do better than that and I'm kissing you good bye once and for all."

If anybody reads this and agrees in principal yet fails to act on it?

Well, some folks are gluttons for punishment.

Your thoughts?
