We can't think the deal is on after the publically traded (sorta) MIGME said it was dead and shived us in the ribs on the way out...

I don't see what they need to raise money for short of another acquisition which could actually make me go mad.

If you speak to NEIL I'd just ask him if it's the FINS or PAYING FOR THE FINS that is the hold up here.

No reason he can't answer that.

PIXEL may have lots of REVS and more expenses.

Very typical of a tech company in its INFANCY.
