Gates, I think X is referring to an "Investment Stake" financing, where say an Intel, Google, etc would take a percentage stake for the $20 million, say 10% for example, the difference would be that LPC has a business model that sells shares issued to them back into the open market, where an Investment Stakeholder would presumably agree to hold the stake for a set time frame, say 3-5 years
