There were 2 takeaways I had from speaking with Mr. Lebby at the shareholder's meeting in regards to packaging.

1) The partner was a company he was very familiar with already. Basically, he knew this firm would be ideal for the job, and they took him up on it.

2) Developing packaging for the 28 is the milestone. Adapting it to 50 will take less effort.

I'm not an expert on packaging by any means, but this is what I gleaned from Michael.
