Bottling isn't even a permitted use as-of-right. That will require a use variance, which takes time, in normal circumstances.

As far as the product, never tried; never even seen it out in the wild. Given a few new entrants into the market, I think there is a market for this product type. Whether RMHB can capitalize on that nascent market remains to be seen.
